How to know that Studio MFP is right agency for me?

We have more wiggle room than other agencies. Where most agencies offer just marketing, or just website design, we diversify so you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg.

I want to upgrade my social media plan, how do I do that?

You can either contact your account manager and upgrade that way, or log into our web app and pick your new plan. Your subscription will be automatically updated to the new plan.

I ordered a logo, how do I make revisions?

Once your logo versions have been finished, they will appear as new project items in our app. You can login, make revisions, and write comments directly on our designs.

How do I move my subscription to invoicing rather than on my credit card?

We offer invoicing on most of our services, if your account is eligible. Contact your account manager and invoicing can be enabled for your account if you meet the requirements for your service.

How do I know my new website will work?

We put all of our websites through vigorous testing on multiple different servers.  If in any case your website fails to perform, our quality team will make the necessary adjustments.

How do I start?

You can start using Studio MFP by either registering for the app, and picking out your services right away; or you can schedule a free consultation. Once you are registered, you’ll be assigned a Digital Solutions Consultant! They’ll guide you through our App, and work with you on finding the best solutions for your business. Your DSC will be there every step of the way, and will become a valuable partner in your business.

How do I buy a domain name?

Glad you asked! We offer some of the lowest prices in domains and hosting. Go to HostMFP.com and you can purchase/transfer a domain, or login to view your previously purchased domains.

How do I login to the Email CRM software, Connect MFP?

Connect MFP works a bit differently than our other products, each client has their own subdomain. If you don’t remember your subdomain (for example, joestacostand.accounts.connectmfp.com ) please email your account manager, or our support team and we will send you your unique login URL.

What do I need for Hotspot MFP to work?

To operate a Hotspot MFP wifi network, a broadband internet connection and at least one compatible router or device is needed (this can also be a PC) . The minute the router receives internet, the service starts to work (you need to provide the internet connection).

Since our software is running on your router, there is no need to operate a computer. You can connect the hotspot router directly to the modem or to an existing network. Then the router communicates with our servers (to authenticate users).

I need more SMS messages in Connect MFP. Do I need to subscribe to Text MFP too?

Not at all! Connect MFP and Text MFP are two separate products. SMS message credits in Connect MFP are solely for Connect MFP, and Text MFP SMS messages are for Text MFP only.

What’s the difference between Studio MFP’s virtual assistants than other companies?

Most virtual assistant services provide someone to do the research, communicate, or send you information. Our virtual assistants can do all that, but most importantly what separates us from the others is that we do the work. You need help with your hosting account? Done. Graphics designed? Done. Meetings scheduled, and your notes transcribed? Done. Logo formatted for your vendors? Done. We don’t stop with just helping out, we actually execute on the work you need.

Do virtual assistants complete my other Studio MFP services?

Studio MFP is exactly what we say we are, a studio. So if you request something more in depth than our standard virtual assistant services, we will work internally to transfer hours, or generate invoices to make sure your work is done. We all work together throughout our departments to ensure your projects are completed. It’s seamless!

Will my clients know I’m using a virtual assistant?

This is completely up to you. We can communicate directly with your clients, either with our email, or a branded email from your domain like “joesassistant@yourcompany.com” or even “tom@yourcompany.com.” Communicating with your clients is under your discretion. Some clients like having a support tool set up like Zendesk to mask all support communication. We can assist you, or work with your tech team, in generating a new email for your virtual assistant. Depending on your email service a small fee may be required for a new email address. Studio MFP is not responsible for fees incurred with any email setup. Contact us for more details!

How much does a Virtual Assistant cost?

We have premade plans set up from 12 to 80 hours per month, starting at just $420 per month. For custom plans, we have invoicing options for one-off months or custom Full Time Equivalent options. Register in the Studio MFP App to learn more.

How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

We work solely through email for our virtual assistant program. This allows every task to be documented, and able to be sent to the appropriate team member. You will have a Digital Solutions Consultant (your general account manager) to set up the virtual assistant, then afterwards you will be able to communicate with them directly. We are hoping to offer chat and Skype/calling options in the near future.

When does my virtual assistant work?

Our virtual assistants are located in most time zones, but depending on the services you are requesting, it could be completed overnight by our international team. Our standard service business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, but what works well about our virtual assistant program, is that we complete most of our work while you sleep! Once we’ve received your request we will give you a confirmation by your VA, or DSC, and a timeline for completion. It helps if you send us due dates, or request when tasks be completed.
